The below video tell you how to change the inlet valve for the airless sprayer equipment.
The inlet valve / outlet valve is made of stainless steel + tungsten carbide material, but it is easily worn parts also because it tough the fluid always, normally the lifetime is 400 - 500 hours based on the painting materials / spraying conditions and cleaning. The valves is recommended to lubricated after cleaning otherwise it maybe stuck and can't suck the paint any more next time.
Please clean the machine throughly each time after you spraying. Otherwise the dried paint will stuck the valve easily and broke the machine. Meanwhile Every time before you spraying, we recommend you to use your finger to push the spring inside so as to ensure the spring is not stuck. Then the fluid will be sucked quickly.
